Google Chrome
The browser wars continue with the introduction of Google Chrome. Long are the days of Internet Explorer verses Netscape.
Google's new browser joins the like of Safari, Oracle, Firefox and IE 7 to incorporate tabs in the primary window. It is claimed to avoid the browser crashing or hanging Chrome will run multiple processes, thus meaning if one browser tab goes down the main browser will be stable enough not to follow.
Initial use gives it the appearance of Safari with very clean formatting and quick responses. It's interesting that the Google toolbar cannot be installed to it, but then by default if you type a search string into the address line the browser defaults to a Google search.
