Yahoo's Top searches in 2007Saddam Hussein, recycling, Britney Spears and pet food-recalls, top the list of the searches made using Yahoo! in 2007.
The search engine claims that trends reveal a portrait of a culture on the brink of political breakaways, celebrity breakdowns, technological breakthroughs, environmental action, sporting errors and final farewells to popular icons.
Yahoo! Web Life Editor, Heather Cabot, said the searches in 2007 reflect the world's fascination with crossroads and breakthroughs and more than ever surfers sought to be environmentally responsible.
